Delta Air Lines partnered with ST Content Studio on a campaign to raise awareness of Delta’s enhanced customer experience and how they are making booking travel easier. For Seattle specifically, they wanted to win the hearts of consumers and drive greater flight frequency from their current Base and Silver Medallion Members, as well as converting non-members flying Delta to become members.

We created a thoughtfully sourced article and interactive focusing on Delta’s plan for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and goals for carbon-neutral air travel. In addition to the article and interactive describing how SAF is made, the campaign included many high-impact digital tactics along with amplification to Delta’s target audience to drive article reads and website clicks.
