Objective
When COVID-19 hit, people had to learn about complex topics that are tough to understand. Port of Seattle partnered with the ST Content Studio and set out to educate the traveling public on how to fly safely this year in support of Port of Seattle’s FlyHealthy@SEA program. The goal was to be highly responsive to developing traveling concerns and deliver transparent, frequent communication.

With plenty of information to cover, we worked to create an easy-to-digest, interactive infographic to help effectively share the information in the first article of the series. We continued this trend in more articles to communicate key safety and health messages to readers looking to travel by air.
